Baqtivoo (baqtivoo.com) is an AI sales assistant that answers shoppers on behalf of online stores on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and store websites. Baqtivoo is run by its founder as an individual business based in Cairo, Egypt; it is not yet a registered company. Contact: privacy@baqtivoo.com.
2. Our role
- Merchants (stores that use Baqtivoo): we are responsible for your account data.
- Shoppers (people who message a store): the store decides why your data is used. We process it on the store's behalf and only to provide our service to that store. For questions about a store's use of your data, contact the store; you can also contact us and we will help.
3. What we collect
From merchants
- Name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Store details, product catalog, prices, stock and store policies.
- Connections you approve to Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Shopify or WooCommerce, including access tokens (stored encrypted).
- Settings, usage counts and messages you send us.
From shoppers (when you message a store that uses Baqtivoo)
- Your messages and the assistant's replies.
- Voice notes: converted to text; we keep the text, not the audio.
- Photos: used once to find matching products or describe the item; we keep a short description, not the photo.
- Your account identifier on the channel (Instagram or Facebook user ID, WhatsApp number) and the profile name the platform shares with the store.
- Details you give to place an order or support request: name, phone number, address and notes.
- Website chat: a random session ID kept in your browser for up to 30 days so the conversation continues.
Technical data
- IP address, used briefly to protect against abuse (rate limits).
- Server logs and error reports. They do not contain message text.
4. How we use it
- To answer shoppers, recommend products and record orders and support requests for the store.
- To show the store its conversations, orders and analytics.
- To run, secure and fix the service and to prevent abuse.
- To send merchants service emails about their account.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use shoppers' conversations to train AI models.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: our contract with the merchant; the store's legitimate interest in answering the messages you send it; our legal obligations; and your consent where it is required.
5. How the AI works
Messages are processed by AI models through OpenRouter. Requests are sent only to providers that do not train on the data, and our live service sends them only to providers that do not keep the data after answering (zero data retention). Replies are written automatically and can contain mistakes. The store can see every conversation and take over at any time, and orders are confirmed before they are placed.
6. Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us run Baqtivoo, and only what each one needs:

When a store connects Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Shopify or WooCommerce, messages and orders pass through those platforms under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Your data is processed outside Egypt, mainly in the European Union and the United States. We use established providers that protect data under contract.

9. Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use.
- Shoppers: use baqtivoo.com/data-deletion or email us. The store confirms it is really you, then deletes your data.
- Merchants: email privacy@baqtivoo.com from your account email.
We answer within 30 days.
10. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, platform tokens are encrypted, and each store can only see its own data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Children
Baqtivoo is a service for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
12. Cookies
The merchant dashboard uses one necessary sign-in cookie. Website chat keeps a session ID in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
13. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new date and email merchants about important changes.

Baqtivoo (baqtivoo.com) مساعد مبيعات بالذكاء الاصطناعي يرد على العملاء نيابةً عن المتاجر الإلكترونية على إنستجرام وماسنجر وواتساب ومواقع المتاجر. يديره مؤسسه كنشاط فردي مقره القاهرة، مصر، ولم يُسجَّل كشركة بعد. للتواصل: privacy@baqtivoo.com.
2. دورنا
- التجار (المتاجر التي تستخدم Baqtivoo): نحن المسؤولون عن بيانات حسابك.
- العملاء (من يراسلون المتجر): المتجر هو من يحدد سبب استخدام بياناتك، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه ولغرض تقديم خدمتنا له فقط. لأي سؤال عن استخدام المتجر لبياناتك تواصل مع المتجر، ويمكنك أيضًا التواصل معنا وسنساعدك.
3. البيانات التي نجمعها
من التجار
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مُشفَّرة بشكل لا يمكن استرجاعه).
- بيانات المتجر والمنتجات والأسعار والمخزون وسياسات المتجر.
- الربط الذي توافق عليه مع إنستجرام أو ماسنجر أو واتساب أو Shopify أو WooCommerce، ومنه رموز الدخول (تُحفظ مُشفَّرة).
- الإعدادات وعدد الرسائل المستخدمة والرسائل التي ترسلها لنا.
من العملاء (عند مراسلة متجر يستخدم Baqtivoo)
- رسائلك وردود المساعد.
- الرسائل الصوتية: تُحوَّل إلى نص، ونحتفظ بالنص وليس بالصوت.
- الصور: تُستخدم مرة واحدة لإيجاد منتجات مشابهة أو لوصف القطعة، ونحتفظ بوصف قصير وليس بالصورة.
- معرّف حسابك على المنصة (معرّف إنستجرام أو فيسبوك، أو رقم واتساب) واسم الملف الشخصي الذي تشاركه المنصة مع المتجر.
- البيانات التي تكتبها لتنفيذ طلب أو طلب دعم: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان والملاحظات.
- محادثة الموقع: رقم جلسة عشوائي يُحفظ في متصفحك حتى 30 يومًا لتستمر المحادثة.
بيانات تقنية
- عنوان IP، يُستخدم لفترة قصيرة للحماية من إساءة الاستخدام.
- سجلات الخادم وتقارير الأخطاء، ولا تحتوي على نص الرسائل.
4. كيف نستخدمها
- للرد على العملاء واقتراح المنتجات وتسجيل الطلبات وطلبات الدعم للمتجر.
- لعرض المحادثات والطلبات والإحصائيات للمتجر.
- لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها وإصلاح الأعطال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- لإرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني للتجار تخص حساباتهم.
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا نستخدم محادثات العملاء لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
حيث يشترط القانون أساسًا قانونيًا، نعتمد على: عقدنا مع التاجر، ومصلحة المتجر المشروعة في الرد على الرسائل التي ترسلها إليه، والتزاماتنا القانونية، وموافقتك عندما تكون مطلوبة.
5. كيف يعمل الذكاء الاصطناعي
تُعالَج الرسائل بنماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عبر OpenRouter. تُرسل الطلبات فقط إلى مزودين لا يدرّبون نماذجهم على البيانات، وفي الخدمة الفعلية فقط إلى مزودين لا يحتفظون بالبيانات بعد الرد. الردود تُكتب تلقائيًا وقد تحتوي على أخطاء. يستطيع المتجر رؤية كل محادثة والتدخل في أي وقت، ويتم تأكيد الطلبات قبل تنفيذها.
6. مع من نشارك البيانات
فقط مع مزودي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل Baqtivoo، وبالقدر الذي يحتاجه كل منهم:

عندما يربط المتجر إنستجرام أو ماسنجر أو واتساب أو Shopify أو WooCommerce، تمر الرسائل والطلبات عبر هذه المنصات وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. وقد نكشف البيانات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
7. نقل البيانات خارج مصر
تُعالَج بياناتك خارج مصر، بشكل أساسي في الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة، لدى مزودين معروفين يحمون البيانات بموجب عقود.

9. حقوقك وحذف بياناتك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على استخدامها.
- العملاء: استخدم baqtivoo.com/data-deletion أو راسلنا. يتأكد المتجر أنك صاحب الطلب ثم يحذف بياناتك.
- التجار: راسل privacy@baqtivoo.com من البريد المسجل في حسابك.
نرد خلال 30 يومًا.
10. الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفرة عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور مُشفَّرة بشكل لا يمكن استرجاعه، ورموز المنصات مُشفَّرة، ولا يرى أي متجر إلا بياناته. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل؛ وإذا حدث اختراق يؤثر عليك فسنبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة كما يتطلب القانون.
11. الأطفال
Baqtivoo خدمة موجهة للشركات، وليست موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا.
12. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
تستخدم لوحة تحكم التاجر ملف كوكيز واحدًا ضروريًا لتسجيل الدخول. وتحفظ محادثة الموقع رقم الجلسة في متصفحك. لا نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية أو للتتبع.
13. التغييرات
ننشر أي تغيير في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ جديد، ونبلغ التجار بالتغييرات المهمة عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
